Julián obtained his DDS from the Universidad Latina, Costa Rica in 2005.
Completed training as a prosthodontist at Universidad Intercontinental, Mexico in 2008.
He worked as an Assistant Professor at the Prosthodontics Department, Universidad Latina and as a private practitioner focused on implant dentistry, prosthodontics and CAD/CAM technology in "Colina Dental", San José, Costa Rica.
Dr. Conejo is the Clinical CAD/CAM Director at the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences, University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Philadelphia PA, USA.
He conducts research and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals on CAD/CAM technology, prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
Recipient of several awards in his field, to include the ICP Research Fellowship in Dental Restorative Materials in 2016.
Lectured in over 35 countries.
